i've been using my moleskine to list every book i read per month, keep track of found objects, and meticulously record a tea log, in which i tape the dangly paper bit of the bag inside, along with when i drank it, and how good it was
overall, it's probably the best investment i've made in a while
i love mine, too. i've got one for recipes, one for things i want to do (learn to make kites, wallpaper my bedroom, have a torrid love affair with an older man, etc), and one just for thoughts. they're the best.
